Return & Refund Policy

At GADGEX, we are committed to ensuring a positive customer experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.


30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, the item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Have all tags attached
• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If your return is due to an error on our part (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), GADGEX will cover the full return shipping cost.

For all other returns, shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

For returns valued over US$100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance. GADGEX cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit when sent without tracking.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right — including arranging replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Damaged or defective item reports should be submitted within 7 days of delivery, ideally with photos of the product and packaging.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Gift cards
• Digital products and downloadable content
• Items labeled "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
• Custom or personalized items (special orders, engraved items)
• Personal care goods (earbuds, in-ear headphones once unsealed for hygiene reasons)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

EXCHANGES

GADGEX does not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is:

1. Submit a return for the product you received (per the process above)
2. Once your return is accepted, place a new separate order for the desired item


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment card provider
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued

VERIFICATION-RELATED CANCELLATIONS

For certain high-value orders (US$300 or more) and for orders flagged by our fraud-detection systems, GADGEX may contact the customer to verify the purchase before fulfillment, as described in Section 7 of our Terms of Service.

If we are unable to reach the customer or do not receive confirmation within three (3) calendar days of our first contact attempt, the order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund — including any shipping fees charged — will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

No restocking, cancellation, or administrative fees apply to verification-related cancellations.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the policies above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, the item must still meet the standard return conditions (unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags), and you must include the receipt or proof of purchase. The standard return process described above applies.
