Thank you for choosing GADGEX. The following policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and related guidelines to ensure a reliable and transparent experience.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order confirmation email is issued.
Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
PROCESSING TIME FOR HIGH-VALUE ORDERS
Orders totaling US$300 or more, and orders flagged by our fraud-detection systems regardless of value, may be held briefly for purchase verification before being released to fulfillment. This is a fraud-prevention measure described in detail in Section 7 of our Terms of Service.
• Typical added processing time: 24–72 hours for first-time customers
• Returning customers who have been previously verified usually skip this step
• Once verified, your order ships within the standard processing timeline above
You will be contacted by email and/or phone (if a phone number was provided at checkout) if your order requires verification. If we are unable to reach you within three (3) calendar days, the order will be cancelled and refunded per our Refund Policy.
Please ensure your contact information at checkout is accurate to avoid unnecessary delays.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options:

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
SHIPPING RATES & FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Package weight
• Package dimensions
Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Refer to promotional banners or offer details for current eligibility.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to ship to:
• Countries under international embargo
• Certain remote or restricted regions with limited carrier access
• P.O. boxes for packages exceeding 70 lbs (carrier limitation)

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
GADGEX is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you via email to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for the second attempt. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the undeliverable return, the order may be cancelled and refunded (minus the original shipping cost).
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
1. Verify with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk
2. Check around your delivery location (porch, garage, side door, mailroom)
3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
4. Wait 24–48 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered slightly before the actual drop-off

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or, if applicable, arranging a replacement. For high-value orders (US$300+), we recommend opting for signature confirmation at checkout when available.
RETURN SHIPPING
If you need to return an item, return shipping costs and the return process are governed by our Refund Policy.
In summary:
• Returns due to GADGEX error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item): we cover return shipping
• All other returns: shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
