Best iPad I have owned
Upgraded from a 2020 iPad. The A16 chip is noticeably faster — apps open instantly, multitasking is smooth, video editing in iMovie no longer stutters. The 11-inch screen is the sweet spot between portability and screen real estate.

Replaces my laptop for college
Pre-med student. The iPad 11 plus Apple Pencil replaced my MacBook Air for note-taking, PDF annotation, and reading. Apple Intelligence helps summarize long research papers. Battery lasts a full day of classes.

Apple iPad does what Apple iPads do — premium build, smooth iPadOS, gorgeous display. The A16 chip is overkill for casual browsing and Netflix but appreciated when I edit photos in Lightroom. 128GB is plenty for most users.

iPhone 16, MacBook Pro, AirPods 4 — adding the iPad 11 completes my Apple setup. Handoff between devices is seamless. Universal Clipboard means I copy on iPhone, paste on iPad. Apple done what Apple does best.

Worth the gen upgrade
Had the iPad 9 and the A16 silver version is meaningfully faster. Apple Intelligence features are useful for writing emails and summarizing articles. Battery life is impressive — 10+ hours of mixed use. The silver color looks clean.

Apple iPad premium is real. 5 months in and it feels like new — no slowdown, no battery degradation, no glitches. Compared to my brother Android tablet, the experience is night and day. Apple Pencil makes it a serious productivity tool.
