Backup tablet for grandparents
Bought this as the tablet at grandma house so my son does not have to bring his everywhere. Cheap enough that I do not worry. 4GB RAM is fine for his use — YouTube Kids and educational games. Kid-proof case is a must with toddlers.

If you need a kids tablet under 60 dollars, this is the one. Yes the specs are modest (4GB RAM, 64GB storage), but for kid use it is plenty. The kickstand case is the killer feature — hands-free Netflix in the car.

Set my expectations low at 56 dollars. Was pleasantly surprised — runs smoothly enough for my 5-year-old needs. The kid-proof case has saved it from drops. Battery lasts a full afternoon. Best 56 dollar tablet for kids.

Backup tablet for the family
Have multiple kids tablets. This 56 dollar one is the backup that travels with us. Cheap enough that I do not stress about it. Real Android means it runs the same apps as my premium tablets. Quad-core handles kid games fine.
